The Technical Operations Lead will communicate with technical team members working on all aspects of the project, gathering, tracking and critically assessing schedules, general status updates and, as appropriate, costs across the team. In addition to these more traditional project-manager type duties, the Technical Operations Lead will work independently and with senior team members on a variety of administrative, strategic, and community-interface projects. This person will not necessarily have a technical background, but aptitude and a willingness to quickly learn and process a wide variety of concepts in the HW/CS and Chem/Bio spaces are a must. Excellent communication skills are critical. 5-10 years experience managing client deliverables and relations in a technical or non-technical (e.g. consulting) environment are desirable.
