Trade developers with a track record. Individuals or (usually) small
teams who have a profitable trade, do their own research, and continue
development of new trades.

Entrepreneurial types who need capital, infrastructure, sponsored
access, back office, and the benefit of reduced exchange fees.

As long as they're profitable pretty flexible in making something work.

Active in all futures/options on futures, cash treasuries, and
increasingly SpotFX.

Not currently a BD or connected to the equity ECN's, but open to
