Job Description:
The resource will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the Webtrends (web analytics) platform. The duties will include responsible for engineering, build / configuration, implementation, BAU requests, and support of the infrastructure. Involvement in documentation of the best practices, processes and research of the latest techniques for system and application measurement and tuning. Additional duties may include load testing, performance analysis and troubleshooting.
Must Have:
Must be strong in the following areas:
§ Web Analytics toolsets - Webtrends
§ Website behavior and customer experience analysis
§ Experience in advanced web analytics methodologies such as experimentation and testing, competitive analysis, surveys and market research.
§ Business requirements synthesized from multiple sources including product managers, development teams, and functional group members
§ Documentation relating to existing processes and suggestion / presentations for improving those processes
§ Coordinating tags, tracking parameter implementations
§ Data consolidation and validation
§ Development of senior management dashboards
§ Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite with very strong Excel skills
Must have a working knowledge of the following:
§ Web Systems – IIS, .NET, Websphere
§ IP Routing and Switching
§ Internet Explorer
§ Business analysis experience in large size companies with multiple functions / business units preferred
§ Effective and persuasive presentations (verbal and written) for project teams and business leaders
§ Exposure to ITIL, project management skills, business process redesign principles, tools and techniques
