Senior Front End Guru - Flex or HTML

Rate is open.

Term is open ended, with expecation that it will be long-term for right person and eligible for conversion to full-time.

 Need to be able to design apps to make them pretty. 

The right person will probably have experience with design tools and will have at least some involvement with UX Design for an application.   They  are looking for people to work on mobile applications, so Sencha Touch , EXT and Flex 4.5.1 are preferred.  Mobile development on android and iPhone will make up roughly 25% of development time.

 Person does NOT need to have finance experience but they do need to come out of a company that is doing high-end development, eg: yahoo.

Top notch Flex skills: AS3 / Flex 4, Lightstreamer, etc
Minimum 5 years of experience working as a front end developer
Code & designs to show us
Advise clients on technology strategy
Collaboratively design the application
Develop AJAX, FLEX, and Windows Presentation framework interfaces
Maintain a UI component library
