International HR Business Partner (based in Hong Kong)

Requirement:

Business Partner to support Asia offices.

The Business Partner provides leadership and executional direction on "people" processes and HR SME.

The role will encompass a broad range of HR functions, including, but not limited to: compensation and benefits; relocation and expatriate administration; employee relations; talent development; policy analysis and implementation; and recruitment.

Responsibilities also include liaising with senior management and collaborating closely with Specialist HR colleagues in overseas offices.

Four years+ of HR experience required

The ideal candidate will have strong commercial awareness, excellent project management skills, be proactive, flexible, organized, and discreet, with a positive work attitude. Superior stakeholder management, relationship management, influencing, coaching, and facilitative skills are a must.
