Skills Required




. Extensive Object Oriented design and Java development experience (JAVA, JSP) 
. Experience with web based technologies and protocols (HTML, Javascript, XML, XSLT, SOAP) 
. Experience with designing a large-scale, real-time, business critical systems 
. Solid system architecture skills (especially 3/N-Tier applications) 
. Experience in Database design and database programming (Sybase / DB2 ideally) 
. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to express their thoughts effectively 
. Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and work with them to meet business requirements 
. Strong team working ability in local and global teams 


Skills Desired


. UI Development(ExtJS experience is prefered)
. Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate 
. UNIX/Linux scripting
. Experience building financial systems 
. Experience gathering & managing requirements
